Open the tea packet at the tear notch and place the tea bag it in a standard tea cup ( 250-300 ml). Pour freshly boiled water slowly into the cup so that the bag is steeped and the phytonutrients are gently released into the water.This allows the active botanicals in this formulation to gently infuse in your cup for efficacy and maximum health benefits. Keep the bag steeped for 4 minutes and gently remove it and keep it aside if you would like to enjoy another cup. Each tea bag is stable, consistent and effective for 2 uses.
